There was something about the scent of this place she smelled pot but there was also another smell she tiptoed to the window "whoa" she was somewhere up high and Terrance hadn't made it back yet.
Rather then call she tiptoed around the apartment a little more but to her surprise her and the let out couch were the only thing there however Terrance had to have done this before because next to her clutch was a goody bag from the local store he had bought her all the little things , she went in the bathroom got fresh called him "good morning love" ....."Good morning.... where am I ?" she asked with all sweetness in her voice, chuckling and then hanging up made her feel a way but he walked in before the second ring on the callback.
"I see you like surprises" she said as she toss the phone " yeah well you were too tired to drive this a spot I never wanted to give up I bought you in last night you gotta remember" she remembered dinner but Keisha had actually allowed herself to fall asleep on the ride to her car " so the car is still where I left it?' "Yeah it was when I just rode by are you ready to go? I had planned a little breakfast"
"Let's go I'm actually a little dizzy from last night still" "cool so get some rest you can chill nobody should come here and I'm not going anywhere for awhile"
"Ok" she replied . "Who do you live with ?'' "just me and a roommate I'm working on my own spot but I like it I'm never alone".
"You shouldn't be I keep coming for you cause I want you Baby you keep playing you gotta know I can take care of you what you want to do ? you want a business? go to school ? " Keisha wasn't sure but she knew she had heard this before so she gave it the same reply she gave the rest
"I want to be rich and happy ".
Terrance had so many hustles he and Keisha had met at the local mall it was strange how they met he was shopping with his ex she was shopping alone somehow they found one another in the food court giving him her card he began to call and see her at the club. Keisha did her homework well again she knew he had all a king needed to survive he just wasn't her king.
"I want kids I want a life I want to be loved right, structure, stability."
"Okay so you understand what I offer" he said with the ego of a giant.
She was all smiles. That night he took her to get her car she let him know she needed to get to work but she certainly wanted to do what they had done again, Terrance knew he wanted her "want me to pick you up tonight ?" "I'll call you when I get off".
